This task has helped me to get a better idea of the generic conventions a current affair's contents pages need to have. The main key points I need to include is a sophisticated colour palette and layout with minimal images and a large abundance of articles. I have also included call to actions for readers to check out the website as part of promoting cross digital convergence. I will also include my magazine's slogan and have consistent typography and layout for a cohesive and strong sense of brand identity between both issues.
